What’s Your WOW? That was the question asked at our May Fast Track session, presented by our own past President, Professional Speaker and the one recognized around the globe as the Loyalty Leader®, Debra J. Schmidt. What a great session it was, Deb pulled up a chair and led a very interactive discussion on; “How to Set Yourself Apart from the Competition”. I must state again this is the power and excellent return on investment to our Fast Track Program. You can spend hundreds, maybe even thousands on coaching and mentoring, or you can join our Fast Track Program.

Debra shared that business success is all about being different in ways that provide greater value to your customers. And that’s why you need to know your “WOW”! Knowing your WOW factor is the key. Debra explained that to understand our WOW, you need to expand on 5 key areas; Credentials, Experience, Education, Client Testimonials and your Success stories.

Other excellent areas that were covered during this dynamic interactive session where; What does your customer care about most? Buying Motivation, and the one that I liked the most, and can always be improved on and fine tuned is; What’s Your Commercial?

After listening and learning through Debra Schmidt’s session I have a better plan on how I can WOW my customers and develop a better strategy for marketing my speaking and training business.
