Your Big Back End: How To Add Revenue Streams to Your Speaking Business With Ongoing, Recurring Programs & Offerings
Featuring Michelle Villalobos, MBA, CSP
The speaking industry has been shifting in unprecedented ways, and traditional speaker models that rely on cushy keynote fees and corporate contracts aren’t always the answer. To avoid putting all your eggs in the keynote basket, consider adding back-end revenue streams to your offerings – to supplement and eventually supplant some (or all) of them.
Michelle Villalobos, CSP, has crafted a simple framework to create a "Big Back End" using small events, retreats, and group coaching/mastermind programs (all without adding any cheesy or sleazy sales pitches at the end of your speeches). In this session, Michelle will share her small events/retreats/mastermind model that can drive both big revenues and big impact, as well as other game-changing information about business model growth she learned "the hard way.” Whether you ultimately choose to embark on this model or not, this presentation will have you thinking about YOUR business model, revenue streams, and your "Big Back End," in a whole new way.
In this program, attendees will:
- Discover a 3-part "Big Back End" framework for driving monthly recurring revenues from speaking engagements
- Breakdown how this model plays out financially with real-life examples and scenarios
- Learn the "magic sentence" for driving sales from your speeches – without selling from the stage
- Write a draft of your "Breakthrough Promise Statement" to attract prospects
The morning session will focus on the nuts and bolts of Michelle's framework.
The afternoon session will focus on implementation, hot seats, and working on your Breakthrough Promise Statement.
